15 shades of pink used to be my favourite cream - until now. The last one I received arrived spoiled (with a separate oil and a bit of stiff custard-like substance) - instead of usual fluffy cream. I wrote to Ashanti customer service - but they tried to convince me that this spoiled cream is normal! Only when I wrote a negative review about that - they told me that they will send me a new one if I pay for the shipping. And I payed almost 20 USD for shipping 4 weeks ago! And the unspoiled product still hasn’t been sent! Instead Ashanti customer service keep sending me some wrong tracking numbers which are not working. First they sent me FEDEX tracking number. Than they sent me GLS tracking number. And lastly they sent me UPS tracking number.. This is some kind of a joke! I received spoiled product and than I got robbed out of almost 20 USD for a shipment which was never sent!!!
Dear Dominika, As per our numerous conversations, You did not receive a spoilt product because you purchased 15 shades of pink and the other products on July 14. 2023 which is 9months ago, we do not know how you kept the products but we were happy to ship you new creams back because you were a valuable customer. your items have been shipped and tracking number sent to you. We do don't control the transit time, once it has been picked up from our warehouse. I have sent you numerous emails about this. So please be fair and not try to ruin our reputation especially when we have to gone through all to accommodate you and your demands. I have sent you an email with the tracking details again so please contact them as the have been told its been cleared by customs.

The only thing I can do is to throw that away. Wasted money.

You asked if its spoiled and I said no because you made the purchase 7/8 months ago and the way you kept it could have made it loose it’s texture but if you would like another that is freshly made not more than 8 months ago as the time you purchased the cream then I would be happy to send you a new one.

This pink one is a go-to every morning before my makeup routine. I love the scent and massage it into my skin. I'm lucky since I don't have many pickles, but if I do, this one I call to start the healing process.
